At Ivoclar, we are dedicated to making people smile—and we want you to be part of it As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the global rollout and continuous implementation of the reward process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the continuation of the reward processes

  • Support the continuation of the reward modules in our Human Experience Management System incl. ensuring the required data quality

  • Coordination of Group-wide international assignments and other mobility cases with internal and external partners

  • Administration of group-wide incentive programs

  • Administration of the existing job evaluation methodology and administration of related workflows according to guideline/policy

  • Application of market salary data and creation of benchmarks to support the line in salary decisions

  • Administration of benchmark survey participation (globally)

  • Support in the development of a global benefits inventory and assistance in the development of group-wide solutions for e.g. pension / insurance

  • Support and assistance in setting up P&C controlling / Analytics (measurement and provision of information on P&C-related KPIs)

  • Support the continuous development of the local P&C managers in the area of P&C
    Rewards and the corresponding processes

  • Responsibility for compliance with, implementation and enforcement of the requirements of the service regulations/personnel handbook, safety regulations, management handbook

  • Responsibility for compliance with, implementation and enforcement of regulatory requirements

  • Acts as a role model in accordance with the Ivoclar Group's corporate values and leadership guidelines

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 yrs relevant experience in finance, controlling, compensation & benefits, payroll or comparable areas or a related field, ideally within the shared services or BPO industry

  • Advanced experience in the area of Total Rewards is an advantage

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

  • Excellent technical skills with software applications

  • Excellent international communication skills (linguistic (English) and cultural)

  • Experience and ability to successfully support complex projects or to manage sub-projects yourself

  • Very good analytical skills, affinity for numbers and systems

  • Solution-oriented

  • A sense of responsibility and conscientiousness

  • Absolute integrity, impeccable reputation
