Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accuracy? Join our team as a Timekeeping Analyst and play a vital role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain employee time and attendance records using Jeonsoft (JPS)
  • Handle leave credits, rice allowance updates, and one-time payments
  • Process shift changes and payroll communications
  • Validate payroll adjustments and scrub timesheets
  • Address employee concerns related to timekeeping and attendance

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or any business-related course
  • 2-3 years of experience in timekeeping
  • Proficient in computer applications and timekeeping systems
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Approachable and responsive to employee payroll concerns
