Accounts Receivable Specialist (Third Party Hiring):

  • Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information.
  • Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data.
  • Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports.
  • Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files as well as reconciling accounts. Collections, invoicing, official receipts processing.
  • Provides accounting support for AR Supervisor
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in either of the following Finance orAccounting
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • 1-2 years working experience in Accounting
  • Able to adapt to different Finance softwares (SAP)
  • Experience with collections, invoicing, official receipts processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
