  • To oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory compliance, and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage Corporate Engineering Services with a focus on maintaining a safe work environment, restoring assets to optimal condition, and enhancing overall reliability to support business growth, sustainability, and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) with license
  • 10-15 years of progressive engineering experience, more than 5 years in a managerial role
  • Proficiency in project planning, execution, and control (PM tools & methodologies).
  • Solid understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality systems (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
  • Skilled in using performance indicators to reduce input (cost, resources) and increase output (equipment performance).
  • Ability to translate operational needs into optimized resource planning (People, Materials, Process, and Equipment).
  • Proven capability to lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and change management skills.
  • Ability to produce and report data accurately and on time; analyze and interpret results, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders for optimal decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues.
