  • Provide technical expertise, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
  • License Civil Engineer with additional training or certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Safety Training)
  • 5 years or more experience in managing engineering and construction projects, with proven expertise in project planning, cost control, and safety/quality compliance
  • Proficient in project planning, design review, and construction oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and building standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and resilience in handling project challenges and changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork across different functions and stakeholders
