  • Performs the chemical analyses of all samples for the processing and production of CSD products and assists the CSD Department Head in monitoring the department's activities.
  • Conducts complete analysis on the water sources used at the CSD processing area (WBI, WBC, DMC, and DMI) for confirmation of its quality, weekly.
  • Checks the Chlorine concentration and its presence before start up and during production
  • Checks the initial batch of washed empties from the Bottle Washer to insure the absence of caustic carry-over in the bottles including its cleanliness.
  • Checks the crimps and code legibility of the finished products (bottled beverages) during the start-up and during production.
  • Collects monthly (once a month) and retention samples for every batch of CSD samples, which are to be monitored and inspected in a given frequency.
  • Analyzes the concentration of the chemical solutions used during the CIP of the Tanks at CSD area and all the filling machine/fillers used for processing and production operation. And confirm the absence of the said solution after rinsing.
  • Conducts weekly and monthly inventory on chemicals and other materials that are used. Records all results from all analysis to its assigned Forms and Logbooks.
  • Ensures compliance to Company Rules and Regulations, Food Safety Quality and Environment, Health and Safety Standards.
  • Graduate of any Science related courses like BS Chemistry and BS Chemical Engineering, BS Applied Physical Sciences, BS Food Technology, and BS Biology
  • Registered Chemical Technician
  • With 2 years work related experience.
