Job Summary:

The HR Senior Manager plays a strategic role in building a high-performing, compliant, and agile workforce for a rapidly growing iGaming organization. Responsible for end-to-end HR operations, the role focuses on talent acquisition, culture-building, regulatory compliance, performance management, and employee engagement across diverse, multi-country teams. The HR Senior Manager partners with leadership to support business scalability, retention, and operational excellence in a competitive digital industry.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership in a Digital, Fast-Scaling Environment

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with the company's growth roadmap, product expansion, and regulatory landscape.
  • Support organizational redesign for multi-market operations (e.g., PH, Malta, Cyprus, Vietnam, LATAM).
  • Lead digital-first HR initiatives, HRIS optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (High-Demand Skill Sets)

  • Oversee hiring for niche roles: game developers, product managers, VIP managers, fraud & risk analysts, customer support, marketing, and operations.
  • Implement recruitment funnels for high-volume hiring and high-skill technical roles.
  • Drive employer branding to position the company as a top iGaming employer.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement in a 24/7 Industry

  • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop engagement programs tailored to multicultural, shift-based teams.
  • Drive retention strategies for high-turnover roles such as Customer Support and VIP Operations.

4. Regulatory & Compliance Management

  • Ensure HR practices comply with gaming jurisdictions, AML policies, data privacy (GDPR), and local labor regulations.
  • Oversee documentation, audit readiness, and coordination with Legal/Compliance teams.
  • Strengthen policies related to remote work, hybrid setups, and cross-border employment.

5. Performance Management & Capability Building

  • Implement KPI-based performance frameworks aligned with game release cycles, SLAs, and operational metrics.
  • Drive learning and development programs for technical upskilling, leadership, and product knowledge.
  • Manage succession planning for critical, high-impact roles.

6. Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards

  • Benchmark and structure competitive packages for iGaming roles (including bonuses, allowances, and retention incentives).
  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits vendor relations, and shift differentials.
  • Recommend rewards strategies tailored to fast-paced operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, ideally 3+ years in iGaming, tech, BPO, fintech, or digital operations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, global HR compliance standards, and gaming regulatory environments.
  • Experience handling multicultural teams across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-changing, 24/7 business environment.
