Key Responsibilities: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
- Front-of-House Management
- Greet, welcome, and direct all visitors (clients, vendors, etc.).
- Manage multi-line phone systems and handle/forward calls and messages.
- Oversee and maintain the professional appearance of the reception area.
- Administrative Support
- Manage executive and team calendars and schedule appointments/meetings.
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Office Operations & Logistics
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Monitor, order, and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for general office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Assist with setting up rooms and logistics for meetings and events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
