Key Responsibilities: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

  • Front-of-House Management
  • Greet, welcome, and direct all visitors (clients, vendors, etc.).
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and handle/forward calls and messages.
  • Oversee and maintain the professional appearance of the reception area.
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage executive and team calendars and schedule appointments/meetings.
  • Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Office Operations & Logistics
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Monitor, order, and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for general office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
  • Assist with setting up rooms and logistics for meetings and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
