Visa Processing Associate: Assessing applications, verifying documents, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws. Visa officers must also provide customer service to applicants and collaborate with other agencies. Duties can vary based on the role and organization, but generally involve managing visa applications, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate information

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To administer full visa process, that includes Tourist Visa, Special Working visa permit, Alien Employment Permit and working Visa.
  • Encode all information / data of client.
  • Assist Client on their visa concern.
  • Stay informed of changes in visa regulations and requirements, and adapt processes accordingly
  • Assist Visa Manager on Administrative work, may be assigned task from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate / College Level
  • With great and readable penmanship
  • Knowledgeable on end-to-end visa processing for Alien employees such as; tourist visa, 9G working visa, 9G renewal visa, downgrading and cancellation, ECC, and BIR TIN application for Alien employees.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete complex paperwork and forms
  • Familiarity with Philippine visa regulations and requirements, or the ability to quickly learn and stay up-to-date
