We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented VISA Intern who owns a motorcycle and is willing to assist with visa processing and documentation-related tasks.The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and comfortable handling sensitive documents with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of visa applications and supporting documents.
  • Ensure timely filing and retrieval of documents required for visa processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of submitted documents and application statuses.
  • Support the documentation team in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with visa application processes is an advantage but not required.
