  • Assist clients in preparing and completing visa application forms accurately.
  • Ensure all required documents (e.g., passports, photographs, financial statements) are collected and verified according to embassy/consulate specifications.
  • Review applications for completeness and correctness before submission.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with embassy and consulate personnel.
  • Communicate effectively to understand current visa procedures, requirements, and any changes in policies.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, processing times, and fees.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of visa applications and correspondence.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
  • Monitor visa application timelines and ensure applications are processed within expected timeframes.
  • Conduct quality checks to minimize errors and improve efficiency in visa processing.
  • Stay updated on visa regulations, policies, and procedures for various countries.
  • Ensure all visa applications comply with local laws, regulations, and embassy/consulate requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in visa processing or a related role within the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for multiple countries, particularly popular travel destinations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using visa processing software or online portals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
