Job Summary: The Paralegal (Visa Processing) is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of work permits and Philippine visa requirements while ensuring compliance with relevant government agencies. The role involves coordinating document submissions, and managing the end-to-end visa and work permit process, providing seamless support for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit work permits and visa applications to government agencies (DOLE and Bureau of Immigration).
  • Analyze, prepare and organize necessary documents, including applications forms (CGAF, etc.), letters, and affidavits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure proper filing, updating of records, and management of client information and handle confidential client information with the highest level of discretion, in accordance with privacy laws and company policies.
  • Provide answers to inquiries of Business Consultants regarding visa and work permit processing, providing clear guidance and solutions.
  • Stay informed on updates to government regulations and ensure compliance with any changes affecting visa and work permit procedures.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate visa processing methods, contributing ideas for improved efficiency and process innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in legal or any related course.
  • Proven experience in Philippine visa processing and AEP processing.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine visa (9G & other Philippine VISAs) and work permit regulations.
  • Strong background in drafting legal documents such as Secretary's Certificate, Affidavits, Motion for Reconsideration, etc.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with Zoho or similar applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Onsite; Makati City
