WORKDAY HCM REPORTING ANALYST

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Workday HCM Reporting Analyst to design and maintain reports that support HR, finance, and leadership teams. The role focuses on building custom reports, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing Workday HCM reporting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards in Workday 

• Use Report Writer and EIB to deliver reporting needs 

• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards 

• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into reports 

• Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy and report access

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM reporting tools (Report Writer, EIB) 

• Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, recruiting, talent) 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills 

• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with Workday Prism reporting
