Job Description:

We are expanding our team and looking for a creative and motivated Design Engineer to join us. If you enjoy problem-solving, brainstorming innovative solutions, and turning ideas into real designs, this role is for you.

This is a work-from-home setup, and we are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design concepts into functional solutions
  • Collaborate with the team remotely to brainstorm and improve designs
  • Support ongoing projects with technical input and fresh ideas
  • Prepare simple reports and documentation related to designs
  • Ensure designs meet quality and functionality standards

Qualifications:

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with design or CAD software (basic knowledge is fine)
  • A related degree is preferred but not required — relevant experience will also be considered
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • No age requirement — applicants from all backgrounds are welcome
  • Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals

Compensation & Work Hours:

  • Pay: ₱20,000.00 – ₱30,000.00 per month
  • Salary negotiable depending on credentials and experience
  • Flexible work-from-home setup
  • Full-time availability preferred
