Job Title: Inventory Admin Staff

Location: South Caloocan City (with future deployment at MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Inventory Admin Staff to manage and monitor inventory transactions, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain organized records in both system and manual files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records in the system and Google Sheets.
  • Process stock transactions such as receipts (RR, WTF, DR), issues (DFR), returns (Pullout Form), transfers, and adjustments (WIR).
  • Ensure items are stored properly and accurately labeled.
  • Conduct and assist in cycle counts and full physical inventory checks.
  • Retrieve, organize, and file documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Support warehouse operations by ensuring inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • College graduate, preferably in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • With at least 6 months of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to be deployed at MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan after training.
  • Can start immediately.
