Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process logistics documents such as delivery receipts, waybills, and shipping forms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, carriers, and customers regarding dispatch schedules.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and update records in the system.
  • Assist in booking deliveries, pickups, and transportation requests.
  • Maintain accurate logistics files, reports, and daily logs.
  • Monitor delivery status and proactively follow up on delays or issues.
  • Encode inventory and stock movement details into the system.
  • Support logistics supervisors with administrative tasks and report generation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, shipping guidelines, and safety policies.

Qualifications

  • At least college level
  • Experience in logistics, admin, or warehouse documentation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics/warehouse environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
