Warehouse Admin

Deployment Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan

Training Location: South Caloocan City (1-month training period)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Warehouse Admin who will handle documentation and provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. The role involves managing reports, inventory records, and coordination with other departments for daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize warehouse documents such as delivery receipts, pull-out forms, and stock reports.
  • Record and update inventory movements in the system accurately.
  • Assist in inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, and report generation.
  • Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and accounting teams regarding deliveries and dispatch.
  • Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse documents.
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor in administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Keep the warehouse office area clean, organized, and efficient.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
  • With 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse or administrative work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and can work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to train for 1 month in South Caloocan City.
  • Willing to be assigned at MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan after training.
