We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Staff to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory management, and timely coordination of shipments. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maintaining a smooth and safe warehouse operation while optimizing logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Accurately store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain and update inventory records
  • Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory to supervisors
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse
  • Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • May supervise or coordinate with other warehouse staff as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in warehouse logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position; may require overtime or weekend shifts during peak periods
  • Warehouse environment with potential exposure to varying temperatures
