Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of assets and warehouse documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of assets.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining company warehouse procedures and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Organize and file reports, shipment records, and other administrative documentation efficiently.
  • Liaise with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to support seamless operations.
  • Visit different warehouse locations as required to oversee administrative consistency and provide on-site support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or administrative support role.
  • Strong asset management skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other warehouse/inventory management systems.
  • Willing to travel between warehouse locations as needed.
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with different departments.
  • Available to work 5 days a week.
