About the Job

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to assist our HR Specialist in filling critical accounting and bookkeeping roles for our Pampanga office. You will manage end-to-end hiring activities—from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

You will connect with potential candidates online and offline, screen applications, and support hiring managers. Your ultimate goal is to hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish job ads on various portals and job boards.

• Screen resumes and job applications for suitability.

• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.

• Interview candidates across various levels (junior, senior, executive).

• Network with potential hires through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, professional forums, etc.).

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define qualification criteria for roles.

• Build and maintain professional networks to source potential candidates.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

About You

• At least 2 years of proven experience in Recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with major job portals such as JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and niche professional networks.

• Offshoring / BPO recruitment experience is a must.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
