Job Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical and mechanical systems in the breeder farm. This role ensures that facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance personnel and coordinate with other departments to support uninterrupted farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities within the breeder farm facilities.-

  • Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems, generators, motors, control panels, and farm automation equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance programs.

  • Implement and monitor maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.

  • Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for materials, spare parts, and services.

  • Ensure compliance with DOLE and other regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and train maintenance personnel to ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.

  • Act as Safety Officer as needed, ensuring compliance with OSH standards.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).

  • With valid COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) certification.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field (preferably in poultry / breeder farm or agro-industrial facilities).

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

  • Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.

  • Willing to be assigned in breeder farm locations and work on shifting schedules.
