Job Overview:

The Store Supervisor is the front-line employee primarily responsible in ensuring the proper planning, implementation and monitoring of operations activities geared towards satisfying customers and achieving profits and revenue targets of the store

  • Increase store sales and achieve daily, monthly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Execute marketing plans, including promotions, local advertising efforts and other customer-focused initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales data, transaction count, and average check.
  • Oversee inventory levels, including forecasting, ordering, receiving, and managing stock to control or eliminate variances
  • Implement food safety standards like FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expire, First Out).
  • Ensure store layout and displays align with the brand's standards and are visually appealing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and delivering freshly baked products.
  • Address customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
  • Schedule and manage shifts for efficient store operations.
  • Motivate and coach team members to foster camaraderie and drive performance.
  • Follow security systems and measures to secure goods and cash in the store

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a
  • related field
  • At least 1-2 years experience, preferably in the food / retail industry.
  • Organized and has strong leadership capacity
  • Very good sales and customer service skills.
  • Above average communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,500.00 per month
