Job Summary

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory and sales targets. This role supports the Store Manager in implementing company policies and achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Team Supervision:

  • Lead, motivate, and schedule store butchers to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new butchers.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.

Sales & Inventory:

  • Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee inventory management: stock levels, ordering, receiving, and loss prevention.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Store Manager or Area Manager.
  • Communicate company updates, promotions, and changes to the team.
  • Preparing DTRs and OT forms (Semi Monthly) to be submitted to Payroll Department.
