We're Hiring Chat Support Associates

Join our elite team and work with Creators Inc., a top-performing, US-based agency managing online content creators. Our chat team plays a key role in engaging with fans, building relationships, and supporting growth. We're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage chat conversations on behalf of creators
  • Respond with empathy, professionalism, and authenticity
  • Support engagement and retention through meaningful interaction
  • Follow chat guidelines and adapt tone per creator
  • Participate in training and feedback sessions to improve performance

Qualifications:

  • Based in the Philippines or Mexico
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to adapt tone
  • Fast learner, coachable, and detail-oriented
  • Reliable high-speed internet (with backup)
  • Bank account for biweekly direct deposit
  • Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends (choose from the following shifts):

    • 12am–6am

    • 6am–12pm

    • 12pm–6pm

    • 6pm–12am
