The Paralegal Associate is responsible for conducting real property tax mapping, due diligence, acquisitions, and conveyance processes. The role supports corporate housekeeping functions and coordinates with various national government agencies and local government units to ensure compliance with legal requirements. This position also provides assistance in legal research and administrative tasks as needed.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct real property due diligence and tax mapping for properties identified for acquisition.
  2. Facilitate the transfer of land titles and real property tax declarations to the name of the Corporation.
  3. Liaise with national agencies (e.g., Bureau of Internal Revenue, Land Registration Authority, Securities and Exchange Commission) and local government units for due diligence and conveyance-related transactions.
  4. Assist in the preparation of legal corporate documents such as secretary's certificates, minutes of meetings, and other corporate compliance filings.
  5. Support corporate housekeeping by maintaining and organizing legal and corporate records.
  6. Perform legal research, prepare reports, and assist with other tasks or special projects as assigned by superiors or legal counsel.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in legal documentation, paralegal work, or real estate transactions preferred (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome)
  • Familiarity with land registration, BIR processes, and corporate legal requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
