Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage compliance programs to ensure adherence to local, national, and industry regulations (FDA, ISO, cGMP).
  • Lead a team of compliance specialists, overseeing task execution and maintaining high standards across departments.
  • Create and enforce internal policies to foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
  • Provide ongoing compliance training, oversee product safety documentation, and advise senior management on regulatory risks and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Business, or related field; certifications in compliance or quality management a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance, with a focus on FDA and ISO standards.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and compliance documentation management.
  • Proficient in compliance software with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
