JOB OVERVIEW:

The Finance Manager will lead and manage all financial operations at Data Lake, Inc., ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, sound financial planning, and effective resource management. This role includes oversight of accounting, treasury, and financial reporting while providing strategic financial insights to support company growth and sustainability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to optimize financial performance.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Accounting and Reporting

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records with applicable laws and standards.
  • Prepare and present timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Oversee audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

Treasury and Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements.
  • Develop strategies for effective investment and risk management.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead the Accounting and Finance team.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate team performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with other departments, including Operations, Sales, and Technology, to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Support the preparation and submission of financial documents for biddings and government procurement, as applicable.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required; MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Extensive knowledge of Philippine tax laws, government regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with procurement and bidding processes is a plus.
  • Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
