We're Hiring: Contracting Manager / Corporate Counsel (Philippines-based)

Cliniqon is looking for a JD-qualified, experienced Contracting Manager / Lawyer
to join our
Global Legal & Compliance Team

As our Contracting Manager, you will be the go-to legal partner for internal teams and external partners, ensuring contracts are enforceable, compliant, and aligned with Cliniqon's global policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including
    Service Agreements, NDAs, BAAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor/subcontractor agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and mitigate risks
  • Work closely with
    U.S. legal counsel and senior management
    on risk assessment, dispute prevention, and contract lifecycle governance
  • Establish and enforce
    Cliniqon's best practices in contracting
    , ensuring consistency across all entities
  • Ensure compliance with
    HIPAA, ISO 27001, InfoSec, and global data protection regulations
    .
  • Partner with departments like
    Operations, HR, IT, and Finance
    to align contractual terms with operational capabilities
  • Lead internal initiatives on
    information security, confidentiality, and data privacy practices
    .
  • Support the development and strengthening of Cliniqon's
    legal documentation framework, policies, and training programs
  • Maintain organized records of executed contracts, amendments, and renewals via digital contract management systems

Requirements:

  • JD degree or equivalent law qualification from an accredited institution
  • 2+ years of corporate contracting experience
    , preferably with U.S. clients or in the healthcare outsourcing sector
  • Proven expertise in
    contract negotiation, legal drafting, and compliance management
  • Deep understanding of
    HIPAA, data protection, and information security frameworks
  • Strong
    commercial awareness
    , balancing legal risk with business objectives
  • Exceptional
    written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with
    multinational teams across time zones
    is a strong plus
