Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines IECI Full time ₱400,000 - ₱600,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our finance and accounting team. He / she will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and will help ensure the Company's financial viability through effective operational financial management in accordance with financial, statutory, legal and company requirements.

Candidate must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Accounting
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Keen detail orientation and high level of accuracy
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Critical thinking and analytical ability
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in preparation of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement) for company management
  • Assist in preparation of budget reports for company management
  • Assist in overseeing and managing accounts payables and receivables
  • Assist in overseeing and preparing VAT & ITR and other tax returns (Tax compliance)
  • Maintain correct accounting, taxation and audit requirements
  • Assist external accountant with Annual compliance requirements
  • Assist in preparing all Statutory Annual Financial Reports
