Job Overview:

Cybalink Solutions is looking for an Accounting Staff to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are eager to build their career in accounting while supporting both local and international finance operations. You will be working closely with our Senior General Accountant and General Accountant to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bills payments through EFT and/or check and monitor accounts payable.
  • Handle schedule requests, attendance validation, and reconciliation.
  • Review and monitor employee leave credits; assist in annualization of 13th month pay.
  • Prepare BIR Form 2316 for all employees and process monthly contributions.
  • Stay updated on accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial best practices.
  • Support other finance-related tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Accountant or similar roles.
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) is an advantage
  • Experience with Xero or other accounting software (advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel with knowledge of basic functions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM)
