  • Experience in financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting, is important for managing branch profitability and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to drive branch performance and meet sales targets
  • Experience in managing inventory processes and supply chain operations to ensure optimal stock levels and efficiency across branches
  • Experience working collaboratively with various departments, such as HR, finance, and compliance, to achieve organizational objectives and ensure operational efficiency
  • Experience in leading projects or initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, or safety standards
  • Preferably residing near Bulacan
