OB OBJECTIVE

The position takes charge in maintaining smooth dining area operations consistently ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the area. This also takes charge in training all incoming restaurant staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

a. LIST OF MAIN DUTIES

  • Cleanliness and Orderliness of the restaurant

o Assists restaurant staff in the operational cleaning and maintenance of different areas.

  • Product Knowledge

o Knows all the products available and corresponding prices

o Assists in the kitchen area especially during peak hours

  • Performance of duties that may be required by the manager

o Orders stocks

o Performs monthly inventory

o Encodes sales report

o Oversees the standard cash control procedure

  • Training of new staff

o Trains new staff

b. LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleanliness and Orderliness of the restaurant

o Ensures that the restaurant/store is clean and organized at all times

o Ensures that the condiments on the condiment section are complete and organized

o Ensures that all utensils used are clean at all times

o Maintains and monitors the condition of the equipment

  • Product Knowledge and Guest Service

o Ensures that staff complies with the standard operating procedures

o Greets and assists customers as soon as they enter the restaurant

o Ensures that the standard serving time is followed (should follow up orders if order is already delayed)

o Ensures customer satisfaction by assisting customers with their orders and other needs

o Ensures standard portioning and presentation of products

o Handles minor customer complaints

  • Performance of duties that may be required by the manager

o Ensures correct forecasting of stocks

o Ensures correct and accurate inventory and encoding of sales reports

o Prepares schedules of staff

  • Training of new staff

o Ensures that all new hired staff are properly oriented and trained in all stations

c. EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT

  • Suggests procedures for improvement of the company's strategies
  • Able to respond and adapt to changes
  • Has limited access to company's financial information such as but not limited to the restaurant's sales information, pricing of raw materials, contacts of suppliers and service providers and employee records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php28,000.00 per month
