Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager / Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations. This role ensures that all warehouse activities—including inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving, dispatch, and logistics coordination—are executed efficiently, accurately, and safely. The ideal candidate will lead a team, streamline operational processes, and maintain high performance standards aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order dispatch.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse workflows and layout to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery to customers or retail branches.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with warehouse standards and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance and quality goals.
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory, productivity, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management (retail, e-commerce, or distribution background preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficient in inventory systems and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse best practices.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • On-site
