- Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure availability of materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, memos).
- Prepare letters, reports, minutes, and other administrative documents.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Monitor and follow up outstanding tasks or pending documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
