The Office and Administrative Staff provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, assisting with scheduling, and supporting management and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records (physical and digital).
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment; place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Support HR functions such as filing employee records and coordinating onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
