Office Admin Staff

The Office and Administrative Staff provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, assisting with scheduling, and supporting management and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records (physical and digital).
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment; place orders as necessary.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Support HR functions such as filing employee records and coordinating onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
