JOB DUTIES:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor technologies, and customer pain points to identify innovation gaps and recommend new or improved reliability solutions.
  • Prepare technical reports and feasibility studies to validate product concepts and technology integrations.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze operational and market data, creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Excel.
  • Draft product requirement documents, concept papers, and roadmaps for mining and industrial solution packages.
  • Plan, document, and evaluate pilot runs and proof-of-concept projects to validate new products or solutions.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and resources; monitor milestones and assess ROI and cost-benefit outcomes.
  • Deliver reports and insights to management while coordinating with R&D, sales, service, and marketing teams to implement strategies.
  • Lead current and upcoming New Product Launches.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or R&D (preferably in mining, industrial, or heavy equipment sector).
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills; advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools.
  • Knowledge in predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, or mining equipment is an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, documentation, and project planning skills.
