Project Incharge

About the role

As a Project Incharge at FIN8 DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. In this full-time position based in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinating and supervising the work of project teams, including contractors and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates and resolve any concerns
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing measures to increase efficiency

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a project management role within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and project management methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools
