  • With previous experience in Project Coordinator/Project Support / Resources /Admin

  • Advantage on Telco Experience and Documentation for Globe OSP Project or Equivalent as to Fiberhome/HT/FINSI

Job Functions:

-Responsible for Department Project Support for Site Engineers, PM and Sales Related Opportunity Especially Uploading to NAV Software.

-Coordinate with Other Department for Internal Process ,Approval and Concerns

-Responsible for Preparation of Cash Advance, Material Filling, Budget Related Filling and Subcon or Project Documents.

-Coordination with OSP team for Continuation of Task, Hand Over of Documents for Fill Up and the likes

Competencies:

-Pro Activeness, versatile and willing to Embrace Telco Environment and Daily Operation

-Fast learner, Soft Ware or application Oriented and with Good Oral Communication to Inter Department & Different level of management perspective.

-Can Understand Technical Process, Project Related Items as to Material, Equipment and Quantitative Analysis

-Familiar on Basic Microsoft Excel Formulas, Power Point, PDF Scanner,Word, Google Spreadsheet, and others

-Can do multi tasking for Daily OSP Operational task As to Encoding, Compiling of Documents, Monitoring & Submisison to internal Departments.

-Pro-Active and Dedicated to submit Weekly Report on Time under Pressure.

-Willing to Extend Working Hours to Support Department's Need.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
