Job Description
Coordinate all cross functional engagements related to bid planning, effectively influencing support teams to bring the best resources, to ensure bid success.

Duties And Responsibilites

  • Monitor and downloads bid bulletin in PhilGEPS website for Government bids and forwards to the stakeholders
  • Facilitate internal kick-off/cadence to discuss the bidding requirements
  • Consolidate all the documents, solution summary, and pricing for submission to Government and Corporate bids and RFPs
  • Preparation and completion of bid kit for submission
  • Process bid bonds, performance security, credit line certificate, and request for secretary's certificate
  • Scan and archive bid/RFP documents and bid/RFP responses
  • Prepare responses to various customer accreditation requests
  • Coordinate with internal groups to gather the appropriate responses to the information required in accreditation
  • Tracking and drafting of reports for bids and accreditation opportunities
  • OPEX monitoring
  • Bid bond retrieval, if applicable
  • Prepare list of Credit line certificates for cancellation and forward to Finance
  • Regularly secure updated eligibility documents from the handling teams and upload it in the team drive

Requirements

  • Critical and strategic thinking skills. Understand the various forces that impact the bid strategy
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persuasive
  • Microsoft/Google Workspace proficient
  • Extensive understanding in a telecom industry – exposure on commercial and technical side of business is a plus
  • Data driven and detail oriented
  • Should have strong analytical skills.
  • BS/BA University graduate or equivalent
