About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. This is a full-time, work-from-home role for someone who is strategic, marketing-driven, and confident using AI tools to enhance content creation and performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives
  • Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, short-form videos, and carousels
  • Manage all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and insights
  • Utilise AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, optimisation, and workflow efficiency
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and optimise content based on data
  • Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand growth

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Strong background in marketing and content strategy
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other social media platforms
  • Ability to produce high-quality visual and written content
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for social media or marketing workflows
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment

  • A portfolio of social media accounts, campaigns, or content is REQUIRED

  • Experience managing paid social media advertising

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience working with Australian or international clients
