Role Description

This is a full-time field/ on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Metro Manila. The specialist will be responsible for managing and elevating the company's social media presence by creating and curating content, developing and executing social media strategies, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also involves creating content, scheduling posts, running paid social media campaigns, engaging with audiences, and staying updated on emerging platform trends to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, and Campaign Management
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and Social Media Analytics tools for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok
  • Excellent written and visual Content Design, Branding, and Storytelling skills
  • Use of Content Creation tools and knowledge in AI
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize performance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the latest social media trends and the ability to drive engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in retail or parenting product industries is a plus
