Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and strategic Medical Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media campaigns that engage patients, build brand awareness, and support our healthcare organization's mission. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing expertise with an understanding of healthcare regulations to create compelling, compliant content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, patient stories, and educational materials
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement
• Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to identify content opportunities and share healthcare information
• Track and analyze social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on data
• Ensure all content complies with HIPAA regulations and healthcare marketing guidelines
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget allocation
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and healthcare marketing best practices
• Coordinate with internal departments for campaign alignment and brand consistency
• Manage reputation by monitoring online reviews and patient feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations
• Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement
• Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills
• Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and content marketing strategies
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
