We are looking for a Product Planning Staff to join our team in the automotive industry. This position is ideal for motivated fresh graduates who are eager to build their careers in product planning, market analysis, and coordination for new model launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing new model plans, including specifications, pricing, and sales volume projections
  • Conduct competitor research through market studies, dealer visits, and product evaluations
  • Prepare and maintain product-related reports (e.g., bubble charts, Visual Index, and value monitoring analyses)
  • Coordinate with various departments for product introductions, updates, and model changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field)
  • Open to fresh graduates, preferably from top universities
  • Strong analytical, research, and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Interest in the automotive industry is an advantage
