About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Staff to join our team at PACE Prehab & Recovery in BGC, Taguig City and Quezon City facilities. The Front Desk Staff serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing check-ins and bookings, handling inquiries, processing payments, and providing accurate information about the facility's programs, services, and schedules. The Front Desk also supports administrative tasks and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
- Greet clients, members, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle check-ins, reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Process membership registrations, renewals, and payments.
- Maintain updated client records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Coordinate with trainers, therapists, and other staff regarding client schedules.
- Monitor lobby/front desk area to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in promoting programs, packages, and upcoming events.
- Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as needed.
What we're looking for
- College graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration
- Experience in customer service, receptionist, or front desk role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office, Google Program and POS systems.
- Well-groomed, professional, and approachable demeanor.
