We are looking for a Product Manager who will lead the end-to-end strategy and lifecycle management of an assigned automotive portfolio. This role is critical in achieving our business goals through competitive product planning, effective go-to-market strategies, and market-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market and segment opportunities and risks through ongoing analysis.
  • Recommend portfolio strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide input on pricing, sales promos, and marketing budgets in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
  • Develop volume forecasts and propose new business cases based on volume, brand positioning, market share, and profitability.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and launch readiness initiatives.
  • Set pricing strategies and competitiveness KPIs.
  • Monitor product performance KPIs, including volume, mix, and market share.
  • Recommend product actions based on market trends and internal performance analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional task forces to ensure successful launches and execution.
  • Support the development of mid- and short-term pricing and volume plans (BP/POR).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on promotional strategies and resource planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry with a focus on product, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong grasp of automotive product planning and go-to-market execution.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.
  • Basic understanding of P&L and business case development
