Business Process Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

The Business Process Excellence Analyst, with the supervision of the BPE Manager, will drive process improvement initiatives in support of Generika's strategic and operating objectives. BPE Analyst will act as Continuous Improvement Partner of the Process

Owners to help streamline the processes using quality tools, project management, process documentation methods, Lean Six Sigma and other best practices. He/She evaluates current practices, looking for ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, and make the best use of the business's resources. He/She will act as document controller, making sure that the processes in placed are documented properly for business continuity. 

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist Process Owners in documenting the Branch Operations Manual for Generika Drugstore, including guidelines, policies, procedures, and revisions to forms when necessary.

  2. Support Process Owners in drafting the as-is process and recommending the to-be process using appropriate templates, tools, process documentation standards, and best practices.

  3. Identify areas for improvement with stakeholders, ensuring that all gaps, waste, and inefficiencies are properly addressed through feasible recommendations.

  4. Assist the team in implementing the Ayusin Circle Program, a process improvement initiative that encourages Operations and Support teams to generate new and innovative ideas.

  5. Facilitate FGDs on quality tools, root cause analysis, and industry best practices with Process Owners to develop process improvement projects.

  6. Serve as Project Lead for assigned process improvement initiatives when required.

  7. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed and as directed by the BPE Manager in line with management priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. WORK EXPERIENCE

  2. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

  3. LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE

  4. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management or any related field

  5. Certification on Project Management, Lean Six Sigma or experience in QMS is a plus

  6. COMPETENCIES

  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  8. Excellent process-documentation skills

  9. Clear and effective presentation and communication skills

  10. Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, Draw IO, or any similar BPMN

  11. Knowledgeable in process mapping, RCA, SWOT, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma and Quality tools

  12. LSS Yellow Belt trained, or certification is an advantage

  13. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
