Business Process Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Process Documentation and Analysis: Document and model business processes using ERP tools and methodologies. Review, maintain, and update standard operating procedures and workflows. Conduct benchmarking, process audits, and maturity assessments to identify improvement areas. Extract and analyze data for performance review and decision-making.
Process Improvement and Optimization: Re-engineer business operations through outsourcing, automation, or internal restructuring. Facilitate process improvements in collaboration with process owners. Design holistic, end-to-end process solutions using standards like Lean Six Sigma and ISO. Support implementation and maintenance of ISO Quality Management Systems
Collaboration and Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with business units to enhance productivity, quality, cost-efficiency, and time management. Contribute to broader management and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in process improvement or related roles
Strong background in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Proficient in ERP systems with experience in finance, accounting (AR/AP/GL), and supply chain (P2P/OTC) processes
Skilled in process mapping, re-engineering, and flowchart documentation
Familiar with ERP, CRM, and BI tools; knowledge of SQL, and Excel VBA is a plus
