Central Benefits Analyst

Job Overview

The
Central Benefits Analyst
will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee benefits, covering both corporate and government-mandated programs. This role plays a key part in supporting employees' welfare and compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing employee benefits
    including health insurance, government contributions, and company-provided programs.
  • Monitoring benefit utilization and compliance
    to ensure accuracy and alignment with policies.
  • Coordinating with government agencies
    (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for statutory benefits.
  • Maintaining records and documentation
    of employee benefit transactions.
  • Responding to employee inquiries
    regarding benefits and providing guidance on procedures.
  • Preparing reports and updates
    for HR management on benefit status and utilization.
  • Ensuring timely submission
    of benefit-related requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Preferably with prior experience in
    benefits processing and monitoring
    (corporate or government).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
