JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Process Manager is responsible for leading the analysis, design, optimization, and governance of business processes across the organization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and scalability. The role partners closely with senior management, functional leaders, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and policy standardization aligned with strategic business objectives.
This position requires a strong combination of process management expertise, analytical thinking, systems orientation, and leadership capability, with accountability for delivering measurable operational improvements and sustainable process governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end review, design, and optimization of business processes across key functional areas (e.g., operations, finance, sales, customer service, shared services)
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control risks; recommend and implement process reengineering, automation, and standardization initiatives
- Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Drive process automation and system enhancements in collaboration with IT (e.g., ERP, CRM, workflow systems)
- Establish and monitor process KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to track efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on business process management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and change management initiatives
- Prepare and present process performance reports, recommendations, and business cases to senior management
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to process analysts or process improvement teams, as applicable
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational discipline
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate degree is a strong advantage
- Certification in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or equivalent is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business process management, process improvement, operations management, or transformation roles
- Proven experience leading process reengineering, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in a medium to large organization
- Strong background in process governance, policy development, and operational controls
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise workflow systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving organization-wide change
- Prior people management or team leadership experience is preferred
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Business process analysis and mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)
- Process optimization and automation
- KPI design, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Proficient in processing documentation tools, Microsoft Office, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of financial and operational processes, controls, and data management
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and change management principles
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation support, or workflow design is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
