Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Clark, Pampanga or Mandaluyong

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Check clients' inboxes daily and enter vendor bills that need to be paid.
  • Fix technical issues, especially sync errors between and QuickBooks Online or Xero.
  • Train clients on using and recommend ways to make their processes more efficient.
  • Help other team members with accounts payable questions or audit requests.
  • Prepare 1099 forms each January for your assigned clients using
  • Respond to client questions quickly and accurately.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required)
  • Atleast 2+ years experience in Accounting handling Accounts Payable.
  • Hands on experience in using
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at explaining financial and technical information in a clear, client-friendly manner
